About Eau Claire Distillery

Eau Claire Distillery is situated in the shadow of the Canadian Rocky Mountains and is Alberta’s first craft distillery, located in the historic town of Turner Valley. The town is littered with prohibition history and was once thought to be the New York of the north. A certified farm distillery, all of Eau Claire’s spirits are made with Alberta barley using traditional farming methods to produce artisanal award-winning spirits from farm to glass.
